No matter what you sell, you owe it to yourself and your business to have attractive and functional packaging. We’ve found that time and time again, our clients gravitate towards box styles that are well-loved for their cost-effectiveness and functionality. So what are our all-time customer favorites? Let’s take a look:
Straight Tuck End (STE) Boxes This is a very cost-effective option and one of the most common box styles around, used for everything from Band-Aids to supplements to skincare and food packaging. It’s named a “straight” tuck end due to how both the bottom and top flap are attached to the front panel creating a “straight” line from top to bottom. The top and bottom flaps for this box style run from front to back, creating a visually seamless look that works well with many products.
Reverse Tuck End (RTE) Boxes A Reverse Tuck End box is exactly the same thing as a Straight Tuck End (and has the same price), except that the direction of the bottom flap is rotated 180 degrees so it runs toward the front of the box. Because customers typically see so little of the bottom flap, the difference between an STE and an RTE is minimal.
Display Boxes Display boxes are one of the most popular choices for those selling in brick-and-mortar stores, and for good reason. Just like our other box styles, we offer several different options that can be configured to your specific dimensions. Most of them are designed to convert from a storage box to a display case in seconds!
Auto-Lock Bottom Boxes Auto-lock bottom boxes are distinguishable by their X-like design and how they easily assemble just by pushing the two ends together. Not only are they extremely convenient for your product fulfillment team and your consumers when they flatten your boxes for recycling, they’re also the safest choice for somewhat heavier items and those sold in glass bottles due to its double-layered bottom.
Box Sleeves These are one of our all-time bestsellers—and they aren’t really a box at all! Sleeves offer a host of advantages—they’re slightly cheaper than regular boxes, making them a very cost-effective packaging solution, and also work very well in minimalist packaging designs when used with plain boxes that hold the actual product. In addition, they greatly enhance the sacred “unboxing” experience by adding a layer to the final appearance. Selling heavier items? Not a problem, because our box sleeves can also be configured with hanger tabs to hang from store racks, and with plain corrugated boxes you’ll be good to go! They’re a great asset for everything from gifts to electronics to gourmet food and work well across a large range of industries.
