Got questions about packaging? We’ve got answers! Below are the answers to some of the questions prospective clients ask us on a regular basis. These are also questions you should be asking yourself to make sure you choose a packaging supplier that’s right for you and your needs. Keep reading to learn more about us and how we work:

Where are you located? We’re in Santa Ana, California. For those who aren’t familiar with geography, that’s halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego.

Do you carry standard-size boxes? Nope. Instead, we take our client’s product dimensions and create custom-made boxes to order. Not only will your product fit perfectly inside and look better, it also minimizes damage during shipping and handling and also allows you to fully customize the outside (and inside) of the box for a fully branded customer experience.

What’s your minimum order? Our minimum order is usually 500 boxes per type or design, but we often recommend 1,000 because it dramatically lowers your unit price. Some materials and other factors will mandate a minimum of 1,000 pieces or more.

What services do you offer? We offer free quotes, free consultations, free templates, and free mockups! We can also send free samples upon request, but due to having a finite number, we prioritize clients we’ve already sent out a quote to.

What’s your turnaround time? About 10-15 business days after we receive your approval of the final proof, but most of the time it’ll be shorter, approximately 7-10 days. Please keep in mind that we may be busier around major U.S. holidays and be sure to plan accordingly when you’re placing an order.

Do you outsource your jobs internationally? Nope! While it’s common for suppliers to outsource their jobs to China or to be located in China themselves, all of our production is done right here in Southern California. Not only does this support American jobs and fellow Americans like you, it cuts down tremendously on turnaround time and allows for faster communication via phone and email due to similar time zones.

I need someone to create box artwork for me. Do you offer graphic design services? Unfortunately, that’s not a service we offer at this time. However, we are able to make small modifications on finished artwork files (removing text, etc.) as needed.

Do you have a showroom I could visit? Absolutely! You’re more than welcome to visit us anytime at our Santa Ana address on Mondays-Fridays from 8:30-3:30 pm. Appointments are preferred, but not required.
